NT Pontoon Hire is Darwin’s BBQ boat specialist.  Whether you’re after something different for a work function, unique employees’ reward, corporate function, a party with friends and family, a very cost effective harbour cruise with visiting relatives, a fishing weekend or even a romantic outing on the tranquil waters of Darwin Harbour, NT Pontoon Hire can cater for it all!

The boat is a self drive BBQ boat available for daily or overnight hire and is licensed to carry 12 people.  It has all the facilities to make you and your guests feel completely comfortable while enjoying a full day on the harbour and provides a fully shaded deck to relax in.  You can enjoy fishing from the boat or use it as a comfortable base to further explore in your dinghy.  You may wish to use it as a mother ship, should several fishing parties be planning a day out on the harbour together.

Our facilities include:

  • BBQ, fridge and bathroom
  • CD Stereo (Ipod compatible-byo auxillary cable)
  • a large esky
  • Fresh water (not the best tasting so please ensure you bring your own)
  • Dining table
  • Hand lines, crab pots and a landing net
  • Cooking and eating utensils
  • Fully equipped modern navigation system with fish finder, Darwin Harbour charts and an Epirb.
  • Sunscreen, insect spray, hand soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper
  • Clean tea towel and toilet paper

NT Pontoon Hire Cancellation Policy Should a cancellation by NT Pontoon Hire be required due to unfavourable weather conditions, a full refund is offered.  No questions asked.  Of course, the deposit is also fully transferable to another date should it be suitable and available.  With this undertaking, you can comfortably book in advance with the confidence of knowing that your money will be returned to you in full and is processed as quickly as possible.
